Superstructures and other parts are always painted before assembly and we win a significant amount of time by avoiding masking and demasking. The result of this is improved protection against corrosion and a longer life.
No metal work or welding is necessary during final assembly, just bolting to the chassis and the assembly of any extra equipment.
Many parts are prepared for faster assembly, for example, electrical cabling with made connections.
Picture documentation is carried out after final assembly. The information is used to increase traceability and to follow the product’s life cycle.
